My name is Bibi Ono, I am married with three blessed and highly favoured children and own a Beagle called Bentley.
Bibi has over 20 years working for the National Health Service (NHS) in various programmes of work including managing the Children and Young Peoples Mental Health, working in both Primary and Secondary care and looking after the public in various settings. From an incredibly young age, I always believed in equality, justice and fought for what was right, I have always noticed the difference in favouritism but still came from a place of love.
Bibi is very compassionate and kind-hearted and is dedicated to empowering the masses, advocation for change and speaking out for the less fortunate
In line with a career in the NHS, I am a qualified Counsellor, Coach and Mentor (You know how I love empowering you with positivity), a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and CBT (BACP accredited).
Bibi believes it is vital that we dig deep and unravel issues surrounding trauma and emotional and mental well-being, as this is the true gateway to complete mental freedom, authenticity, and success.
After such an introspective year, I finally completed my courses, still ploughing thru a MSC in Psychology, Neuroscience and MH.
Ready to step up, rise and become the powerful goddess I am meant to be in true mindfulness therapy sessions.
Bibi is extremely creative and versatile in her approach to providing a range of support, guidance, and therapeutic practices and services within the community and her value is to uplift and encourage the broken-hearted, and create solid, reliable, and accessible support systems within the community.

The negative experiences (Narcissistic Abuse) Bibi faced as a child compelled her to actively pursue positive change in her community and to assist people who are or have faced similar incidences to overcome and excel regardless of their early trauma or unfortunate incidents.

I love intentionally getting lost in nature. I pride myself to being an amateur photographer.

I believe that a big part of the issues we are facing in modern society today is a direct result of the lack of spiritual and mental development within the community, how we were raised with limiting beliefs.
